Credit for lower airfare (JetBlue) question

So it looks like one of the legs of our flight this summer went down a bit ... we're flying JetBlue ... if I call, what is their policy on adjusting price/giving a credit?

Hi

When you call, they will confirm the new price and give you a credit for the difference.

I think it needs to be used within a year.
