credit for first time cruiser?

I know last year there was a code (REF) for a $50 shipboard credit for first time cruisers.

Any one hear of any for 2004 bookings?

I asked our TA today (All Seas Travel) for my sister who has never cruised. They told me it is not offered anymore.
