Finally got to see the statements this morning

operating creditest taxactual tax
SSR.8622 per point1.29811.1919
AKV.90671.51961.4131
BWV.70031.54641.4101

So a credit of .83 to 1.00 per point for my resorts.

BTW next year's tax reserves are .03 higher than last year's reserves or .13 to .16 over last year's actuals.

BLT. Operating credit is $0.8081 Tax credit is $0.1341.

I didn’t own all year, so it doesn’t mention the actual and estimated taxes for me because I wasn’t the one billed for 2020.

thanks @DaveNan! it's good to be able to look down to the detailed level (4th decimal point); is anyone willing to share for OKW, BCV, BRV, BLT, VGF, PVB, or CCV?

of interest: if you bought direct in 2020 and you get a pro-rated credit, the calculation for the proration is ...
days of ownership / 365 days

a bit weird given 2020 has 366 days but not a significant difference at the end of the day (pun intended)

here's the info for RVA ...

Interesting to see RVA is cheaper than CCV and PVB.

Interesting to see RVA is cheaper than CCV and PVB.

Its that huge tax credit making a big impact along with the operating credit (possibly because due already included more staffing so increased cleaning had little impact???)

Do we have an historical reference to that high of a tax credit? Maybe I missed something but could this be a trend with Riviera regarding a Tax credit? Or should we be expecting the taxes to basically increase 175% over current tax rates for this past year?

thanks @miTnosnhoJ and @KAT4DISNEY! I updated the table

also thanks for pointing out the 2020 estimated tax difference; what shows in the 2021 statement for 2020 estimated taxes is different for a few resorts (BWV, BCV, SSR, AKV, VGF, and RVA) by 0.0001 USD from what shows up in the 2019 condo notices

what I don't get though is for RVA, if I used what's listed in the 2021 statement for 2020 estimated ad valorem taxes (1.8080 USD) the math doesn't equal my actual credit applied but if I use 2020 estimated taxes from the 2019 condo notice (1.8079 USD) it does; further complicating it, I have to use 0.0001 USD less than the listed 2020 actual taxes for the math to work out for the sum of actual taxes

ultimately, the ad valorem tax credit stays the same (0.7695 USD for RVA), the differences are only 0.0001 USD, I may be doing my math wrong, and there is a very small population of people (maybe just one) who would notice or care about this

I did compare the VGF estimate to what was on the 2020 online dues statement and it matched to what was on the 2021. Strange that it varied from the notices done in 2019 for the 2020 dues.

Can someone help me out with the math? My numbers aren’t matching the chart above, whatsoever. I have 200 BLT points. My credit returned for tax was $37.75. Meaning my tax credit is .1887 per point. However, I’m also not getting the .8081 per point covid reimbursement returned to me either.

$1277.65 is what my statement says is due for me before covid refund. However my final dues amount say I owe $1191.53 making my effective BLT rate for 2020 $5.95765 per point. It doesn’t say this difference is because of COVID refund, I’m only assuming. I can’t find any reference to the covid refund or why my statement is different from the bill. If that’s correct though, that means my covid refund is only .4306 per point.

None of my numbers match the chart above, making this very confusing.

You need to select the 2021 statement instead of the 2020 statement. It defaults to the 2020 but there's a drop down to select 2021.
