Credit Card vs DDP credit for prepayment

Me and another Dis'er just had a similar problem. My original CRT reservation used DDP credits for the guarantee. When I made a new CRT reservation, it charged my credit card, and I was planning to use DDP credits. I transferred my old res to a DIS'er, and her CC was charged instead of DDP credits. Is this a new policy? I'm from the U.S so not worried about currency exchange, but I want to make sure my DDP for CRT.

We had this issue, we had to call to get it worked out. Apparently the website has issues with allocating the credits for CRT and often charges your credit card instead.

I had the same thing happen to me. I tried calling but they said they would have to cancel and re-book it, and of course there was nothing available and I didn't want to risk cancelling it. They told me to tell the restaurant when we got there and they could refund it for me, which they did with no problem.

That will be my plan. I have CRT on our last day, so I don't want to end our trip with 2 TS credits/person. I was hoping to just get a refund, and use TS credits.
