Credit Card REQUIRED at check-in?

I always tell them no. I know if you do you can do express check out, but last two DVC trips I just called front desk from my room as I was walking out last day and verified there were no charges to the room and they checked me out w/o me having to walk down there.

No credit card required. My DD and her friends were there last week and did not have a card with them.

They will require photo ID since the name is different than the owner. At least that's what I was told last time I made a reservation for a relative.

You always have to show photo ID anyway, don't you?

If you think about it, most everyone will have a photo ID with them. If you're driving, don't most licenses have photos on them? And if you're flying you need a photo ID, too.
