credit card input question for adr

the system keeps asking me on my laptop mde for adr's to keep inputting cc information each time i make a new adr. how do i change that so it's in the system and they don't need to keep asking me? in my phone they don't ask me to do it.

I think this is just a current bug. I have heard it from multiple people and I ran into it, too.

I made sure I had the correct card on file, but no dice. If you hear a solution, I'm all ears!
