We have a adr for crt. I had to give my cc for the adr. My question is, They charged me in full for the meal. Will I have any issues when I get to wdw? Do I just take my cc statement with me?

Are you planning to use dining plan credits for this meal?

They are supposed to charge in full all non DDP customers so if that is how you wanted to pay for it then you wont have a problem as that is how it works.

On the other hand if you wanted to use DDP credits you need to call them back and have it credited back to your card. They are not supposed to actually charge the card. They do still need your CC info and will charge you when if you dont show up but they should have it noted that you are DDP and not charge.


(geeze I thought I'd gotten over using all those supposed to's and should's. Seems everytime I do someone comes along with a more right answer lol but atleast then you will know if i'm wrong lol)

Beth_Cam is right!

We are on the DDP and I booked the fantastmic pckg @ H&V. Although they did ask for the cc I was never charged (I was checking to make sure).

I made sure to ask the CM about that when making the reservations and was reassured that they only charge DDP if I was a no show!

You really should call back and have that corrected. I'm sure it won't be a problem, but if it is you can always call CC company.

You shouldn't have a problem. When you get to the castle and check in, they will give you a receipt. I didn't have to give them my credit card again. You will enter and take your pic with Cinderella or whoever else is there. Once that is done they will escort you upstairs where you will be seated. After breakfast or dinner, they will give you your picture package and then you are free to leave. I too didn't know if i had to do anything, but i was told i was all set.

Hmm looks like I need to dig out my statements. I can't remember if they charged me or not. In the begining I wasn't going to use the DDP for this meal, but now it looks as if I will have more then enough credits left over, so I need to double check things again.

Weee more stuff to keep me busy until it is time to go.
