credit at treasuresurfing

anyone else having trouble not getting credit for clicking on the one centers at treasuresurfing. i did my clicks this A.m. and only got credit for 1 click ive been having this problem every so often. ive emailed them but never got an answer what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help
