Creative ways to tell kids we're going?

We are taking our 4 kids to Disney for the first time for Christmas. We are dying to surprise them. Any creative ideas?

Someone I work with took his 3 kids in August and didn't tell them until they were driving to the airport. The kids thought they were going for a weekend trip locally and ended up in WDW for 8 days. Needless to say it was a BIG surprise! I'm not sure if I could have done that. It was their first trip too!

Make some Mickey mouse letters and post them to the children saying they are from Mickey and how happy he is going to see them at Christmas
