I'm very new to this software, but I'm getting a little frustrated.

I have a large amount of digi stuff from my attempts at PSE, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to show up in SBC. I know there is a way to do it, but someone please tell me how.

I'm working on a Windows 7 laptop if that makes a difference.

But you could call C.S. they are very helpfull, but you do need to know there is 3 levels of c.s. ! that know basic stuff, if they cant help they will send you to level 2. I have had to go to level 3 to get a problum fixed, but it did get done. good luck, I love all my creative memories stuff.

Have you saved your digital content under the Creative Memories, User Content file?

I use Windows 7, when I go into IE I see a Creative Memories Folder, the User Content folder, then I have two additional sub folders in there. One is CM freebies, the other is CM overlays. You can create as many subfolders as you need to organized your digi content.

I highly recommend the CM help line. They will be able to help you step by step if I only managed to confuse you more. lol

I finally have all the folders set up, but something in my papers is crashing the program. I have a lot of them could that be the problem? Everything is either a jpg or png

I had problems with this too but figured a way to do it:

1.Open your project

2. DO not press the Import page ribbon, instead go to the Insert ribbon.

3. Press either Insert Paper or insert Embellishment and a choice will open:

1.Open from file or from content library. choose open from file and all of your computer files will open allowing you to choose whatever you want to use.
