Anyone else having problems? I can get into the site, no problem, but when I forward a purchase confirmation it comes back as an unknown address... and this is the same address I've always used...

Are you using support@creationsrewards.net

If you are using that addy then it's a puzzle to me too. I haven't had to email them anything but that's the addy their site says to use.


I had not done my programs for a few months and for whatever reasons, when I tried to get into CR I couldn't use the address I had bookmarked from before.

I did receive a VERY timely response from them... they were in the process of changing servers.
