Creating garden in memory of Dad, where to get sign for garden?

Hi everyone. I've never posted on this board before because I do not have a green thumb at all. My Dad passed away from lung cancer 2 months ago and he was a huge gardening fan. His favorite flowers were lilies, especially calla lilies. I've planted calla lilies and day lilies in front of my house as a way of honoring his memory and they are doing really well! I'm sure it's Dad's spirit helping them along! I really want to put some kind of garden sign that says "In memory of Dad", or something like that. I've looked everywhere for such a sign, but couldn't find any. Does anyone know of a place that sells personalized garden signs?
