Creating Friends and Family List

I have a trip to DL planned in a few weeks - haven't been in 25 years - and I'm trying to sort out using the Disneyland App. Each person travelling now has their ticket on their phone for park entry. I want to be able to book MaxPasses and RotR boarding passes for the entire group. The Disneyland web pages talks about creating a "Friends and Family" list so that we can book things together. However I can't find any place on the web site or app to create such as list. Any links in help articles take me to a Stitch "Page is missing" page.

So what is the procedure for allowing all of us to book boarding groups and MaxPasses together?

You scan all the tickets into one account (or multiple accounts; the tickets don’t care how many accounts or phones they’re on), and you book as a group.

Thank you very much. It’s clear to me now. They should take down pages with links to the Friends and Family lists.
