Creating a DVC Travel Log/Journal - What to include?

I want to start a travel log/journal of our DVC stays (I read about the idea here on DIS - thank you). We just joined DVC this year and had our first stay (a split stay) earlier this month. I know over time, I won't remember all the little details of what I liked and didn't like.

Here is what I plan to include, but would love more suggestions if you have them! I also plan doing this on the computer and saving it in Word so that I can add photos. I'm hoping to create a template that I can use each time so I am gathering the same type of info after each visit.

Room Type
Points Used
Room Number

Notes on Room Itself (Likes and Dislikes)
Topics to Include: Room Layout, Access to Amenities (pool, lobby, restaurants, bus stop or transportation), View (or what our view was of)

Anything else you can think of that would be helpful to put in?

Include:
any celebrations (IE: birthdays, anniversaries, etc)
any special event attended during the stay (IE: MVMCP, F&W, etc)
any offsite information during the trip that you want to remember (IE: SW, US/IoA, etc)
what a CM did for you that you want to remember.

I really like this idea. We just became members as well and our first stay is in January. I think I will get it set up to start with our first visit.

List the table service restaurants where you dined, the guests dining and whether it was for a special occasion and did the restaurant give you anything free (drinks, cake/cup cakes, souvenir menu etc.).

List any special souvenirs you purchased, where you purchased them, and the cost. I would only list a keepsake, unusual collectibles or art versus tee shirts/clothing or trading pins/cards. And if it was for a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday indicate that information.

Nice idea! We only keep track of the room numbers with trip dates, accommodation type, point cost, with a few comments.
