Create your own Disney 50th anniversary treats

What would you make? I would try to make Mickey Mouse 50th anniversary sundae with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. It will have giant Mickey ears Oreo cookies.
I also would make a Pooh Bear sundae that has brown sugar, honey, Carmel or butterscotch and brown cookies for his ears.
Top that.

I like this idea!

I will offer the Space Mountain Sweet Bun - a steamed bao bun (because they are kinda shaped like Space Mountain, maybe even use a little mold), but with a sweeter dough, and filled with bavarian cream and a layer of chocolate, and dusted with some kind of sprinkles to represent stars.

How about a Minnie Mouse sundae like the Mickey mouse except it also has red chocolate or frosting. How about a pirate's gold treasure with candy white chocolate gold doubloons?
