I don't know if these are the cutbacks or what, but I can't get through on Disney's dining plan hotline to cancel my ADRs. I have two ADRs that I am canceling as a courtesy (one is Le Cellier!) and I have been put on hold for so long that I have just hung up. Have tried two days in a row. Yesterday I hung up after 15 minutes, and this time they at least had the courtesy to tell me on the recording that the wait time was over 30 minutes. Yuck. I'll never get through.
