WDW vet here, but never been to DLR.

My MIL is kind enough to gift us with a trip to the Grand Canyon over spring break - and I, of course, want to piggyback a DLR trip onto it.

We are looking at arriving on 4/19 and leaving on 4/23. We are used to WDW off-season (early Nov.) - will the crowds kill us?

TIA!

It will probably be very crowded... just go with the standard DL plan--which won't feel normal to a WDW person--be there 45 minutes before the park opens, and take an afternoon break and come back at/after dinner time and close the park... pretty much the only way to do it. Hydroguy has stickies you should read... they'll help you a lot!

If this is a chance for you to Visit DLR, you should.
Plus with 19th-23rd that's a good amount of time to get in lots of the parks.
