Disney has an after 4 pass to Epcot, but I think it is only for Florida Residents.
They also have an after 2pm pass to the water parks, but again I think it is for Florida Residents.

Thanks. I looked it up and it's actually an annual pass deal but you are correct for FL residents.

Cheshire Figment has a lengthy thread about WDW tickets posted on the Theme Park Attractions and Strategies Board, you may want to look there for an answer. From very briefly scanning his post, it looks to me as though there are 2 instances where reduced rates after a certain hour apply--one is for Florida residents only, the other is for convention attendees.

Yes, I am aware it is an annual pass. I did not see that you were looking for just tickets.

I see that you are with a convention? Have you asked if you can get convention tickets? I think conventions do have after 2pm tickets.

You can also get small discounts on tickets though AAA.
