last time we were there to visit the mouse, which was 5 years ago, we planned our meals around the fun desserts for the kids! Yeah, we are those parents!
What are your favorite desserts, and where are they?
pictures are a great bonus!!
I don't have kids but I've seen pictures on different dining reviews where California Grill has rice krispy sushi dessert for kids. Artist Point has a white chocolate puzzle that kids put together and paint with edible colors. Years ago Coral Reef had a make-it-yourself sundae where the kid got a bowl of ice cream and the different toppings in bowls to put together themselves.
The puzzle is also on the menu at Yachtsman Steakhouse and Flying Fish (all signature restaurants).
Jiko has a kids Fun-do (fondue). Kona has the Kona Kona (on the adult menu), which is a huge ice cream cone placed in a stand upright with cotton candy all around the bottom of it. Also, lots of the non-signature restaurants offer a make your own sundae.
Not specifically 'for kids,' but the Profiteroles at Les Chefs de France were mm-mm-good! Think of a cream puff shell filled with vanilla ice cream, with chocolate sauce and white chocolate shavings...
