I was in there when that dreaded question was asked by someone. Poor Phinny, bet she was like can I get a little longer vacation from that question. Again, this is when I would like public boot magic. Or better yet, when that question is asked of them, that person should receive an automatic message to their pm's explaining. Almost like a canned letter. Just a possibility.
