Crazy 8--How do their sizes run?

I'd like to order from them for the first time but would like to know how they run size-wise. Is their size chart very accurate? What's your experience w/them been?

They're linked w/Gymboree which I know often ran very large in bottoms for example.

How does it compare to size-wise to like Ltd. 2/Justice? That's what DD wears most often.

DD #1 can't wear their clothes long upper torso makes their clothes too short on her at leasts their shirts. I have a very hard time finding anything to fit this girl
DD #2 wears a size M in shirts and 7 in pants she's 4ft1in and weights about 42 pounds the pants would never fit her but thankfully they have those wondeful adj. waists!
DS #1 wears a size S in boys shirts and wears a size 5 in their pants which are getting a lil short but I bought them at the beginning of the season he's 42 pounds and is about 3ft9inches at 3 yrs old...
DS #2 is 6 months old and I'm buying him 18-24m in the shirts for him in the summer. He's about 23 pounds now.

I can't really compare to the other stores you named because we dont have them locally nor do I have a crazy8 but I love their prices and their clothes hold up very good!

I find Crazy 8 to run a bit smaller than Gymboree. I do like their clothes and the quality is good, but if you're deciding between two sizes, go with the larger one.

My DD9 is about 50 in and 53 lbs. and most of her Gymboree clothes are size 7. Last summer, I bought her some things at Crazy 8 - all size 8 and they fit really well.

I haven't bought anything there for DS7, but I did get some things for DS2. They fit him better than Gymboree stuff does because I think the cut is a bit slimmer. Plus, their jeans have adjustable waists - even in infant sizes, which is very hard to find. (HelenePA, I just had to chuckle when I read your post. My DS who is 28 mos is also 23 lbs.)

Isnt it crazy how kids grow different? Heck my first didn't hit 20 pounds til she was almost 2 and now she's bigger than all other 8 yr olds including boys I know

You are right - it is crazy! My middle guy was a huge baby with these awesome "thunder thighs" that I just loved to squeeze. Now he is so skinny that his knees are the biggest part of his legs. (I wish I had this problem ). By the way, your little guy is adorable. I love those cheeks!
