Hi guys, just wanted your thoughts on this, I was just checking Eurostar and on weds 27th, we could do a return for £162!
The reason being so we can get DS a free AP?
Am I mad to think it might be worth it?
and only spend about 5.5 hours in park?
so instead of buying 3 Dream APs with sponsor discount in April which is when we have already booked for
we could go next week and get 1 AP with sponsor discount, and then 1 full price with DS free, so saving on the AP but spending on the Eurostar, Dream AP works out at around £134 i think, so we'd spend only £30 odd more??
am I making sense??
then we might even be able to save calling Disney Direct and rebooking a Disney hotel for our April trip as it seems like Dis Direct room only prices are cheaper than on expedia, so could maybe even save more money?!

What should I do!!!???
(Please tell me my maths makes sense and it could be worthwhile!)
 ;)

Go for it if you can have the money.
Im always looking at prices lol

Emma, lol, I knew I'd get your support!
Thanks

thanks!
this is what i want to hear! lol
will think some more...

I just checked expedia, curious about how much a package would have cost on our dates in April, and all of a sudden the cheyenne and NBC and HNY are available!! They weren't when I booked!
And what's more the santa fe which we booked is going for cheaper than what we've paid!! GRR!
:headache:

Go for it!! :thumbsup2
I went for a day trip ...and it was defentially worth it!
One day at Disney, is better than none ;) :goodvibes

so are you saying you are only spending an extra £30 by having that day there ( and having sons free pass) ,instead of waiting to get APs til you go in april ?

if so then heck yes GO !! you might "only" have 5 hrs at the parks but if its "cost" you only £30 its worth it?!

I'd do it, if we lived closer to the Eurostar stations, and I don't need to go to get a free AP for a child :rotfl:

Yay, i knew you guys would tell me what I want to hear, yes it will work out as a £30 day trip, since we'll be saving on the AP by buying it now instead of April, and cos the Eurostar price was so ultra mega cheap (lol) I'm really feeling the bargain.
Just ave to convince all parties involved (i.e DH!)
I don't need any convincing!

unfortunately, the eurostar price on the oytward journey has gone up, so it would cost £70 difference, not sure now if I want to pay £200 for a day return!

I look every day for eurostar prices as i could be going for a day trip to see mr Disneyman and they keep getting more expensive..But me is hoping he will pay :rotfl:

Are you still going to go?

i don't know, probably not now, maybe in March hubby might get a weekday off, so if i can find cheap tickets we could go then?!
