After reading the ToT at universal thread it got me thinking, what's the craziest thing I've heard or seen. One of the funniest things I've seen was at the boardwalk on the 4 people bikes.
A family, who obviously did not know English, and that's why they didn't hear us telling them not to go that way. Well they ended up trying to go between the poles to go to Epcot, and were going pretty fast and then slam nailed the poles and then had to have everybody get out to push it back up the hill to go back along the boardwalk
So what's the craziest/funniest stuff you've seen at the parks or just in disney

I was in the Animal Kingdom a couple of years ago and as I was leaving this little boy about 5 or 6 is crying to his mom and throwing a tantrum. As I got closer I got to hear what he was crying about. He was mad that AK didn't have any honey badgers!! :lmao:

at DHS..a family looking for "Harry Potter land" asked a cm and a CM infomed them that it was at Universal not disney..The man in the group called the Cm a liar and kept insisting it was in Hollywood studios and off he stormed looking for it

A few years ago, there was a great trip report about Canned Corn, the Castle, and a fight between teens and the Seven Dwarfs. Actually very funny story!

That'd be the squirrel that literally jumped on my aunt. We were crossing the Adventureland bridge after lunch at CP when the squirrel divebombed onto her left shoulder!

OMG, LOL! :lmao: Because it didn't happen to me, of course.

I think the craziest thing I've seen was a family of four dressed to the nines in the park in October 2012 when it was 90 degrees outside. The woman had a Minnie Mouse themed dress (red with white polka dots) and 4 inch black pumps on, and a black headband. Her preschool-aged aughter was dressed identically to her, without the pumps, of course. The husband and toddler son were dressed identically in perfectly pressed light colored khaki pants (seriously the crease marks were perfect) and light blue button up shirts. They were all perfectly coifed and looked like a Stepford family. We saw them around 10:00 in the morning in Fantasyland so they appeared to be there early enough for RD. I'm hoping that they had one of those professional photo packages and were going to change into more comfortable clothes. They were just so out of place that it was hard not to notice them.

A guy on July 4, 2013. Dressed in a sort of loose leotard decorated with red, white, blue, stars, and stripes. Sentiment was nice but, well, his - hum - underwear was either left back at the room (going full commando!) or very loose inside the leotard. Yes, that man was definitely very proud of his country.

Funniest random thing I have seen was right in front of the castle. A lady was happily walking along with her grandchildren and adult son and she was the only one licking a big ice cream cone. Not sure why she was the only one, but she was...and she was so enjoying her cone.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a big white seagull swoops down and grabs ahold of the woman's ice cream cone. It was too heavy for his little claws so he could only knock it out of her hand and launch it about eight feet away, SPLAT on the pavement! :rotfl:

She was shocked and laughed, but not near as much as her family. (and yes, this might or might not have been me...) :upsidedow

Not really all that strange, but at a popcorn stand in DHS I saw Santa or at least a guy who was very, very close.

He had the long white hair, long white beard, red shirt, green shorts. I would have loved it if the kids started following him around like in The Santa Clause.

Every year I always see at least one woman in heels and they look really miserable. I just really don't get what they were thinking as they got dressed to go to a theme park with so much walking :confused3

I would have loved to see that. I would be laughing my rear end off. Then again, I love stuff like that, and the stuff on America's Funniest Videos when people fall, or get whacked in the head or privates.

I was sitting at the exit to Backlot Tour and looked across toward the restrooms at Lights, Motor Action. This was around 7pm so the area was pretty deserted. All of a sudden I see this lady exiting the companion bathroom, she looked all around after she came out and sort of knocked on the door, I'm thinking, mmm that's strange, she walked away in a hurry about 2 minutes later a gentleman came out of the same bathroom with the same sneaky attitude

October 2003 in the Magic Kingdom a grown man in a Snow White costume.

It also amazes me when people let their 4 year old children run around the water parks naked. This poor CM trying to get this guy to put clothes on his kid.

This last trip (Feb 2014) I had a squirrel run over my hand as it was resting on a fence at AK while a CM was talking to us about some of the animals. It scared me and I jumped. The CM was nervous that I got hurt but I was fine.

At MK we saw a woman (late 30's/early 40's) dressed up as Cinderella along with 3 daughters dressed as princesses. When she spoke, she definitely used words a princess would never use.

Also at MK we were re-entering in the early evening and were approaching the bag check. We walked past a 2 something year old sitting on the pavement having a crying fit before the bag check. The security started asking people in the bag check line if this child was any of ours and no one spoke. Then about 30 seconds later and after numerous announcements from the security there a woman comes from past the bag check area (she had already gone through bag check) and picks up the crying kid. She says, "we were just letting him go through a fit", and carried him back through bag check. We were all shocked that she just left her kid there while he was having a fit.

An exhausted little boy who sat down in the middle of Main Street and screamed to his mom, "I hate Disney World! I want Grandma!"

I once was behind a guy in the line at HM that was dressed in a full Flynn Rider costume. At first, I couldn't tell if he was an actual character, but then I knew that Disney would never allow that to happen, because he was in the park but not "in character". It was really odd. Maybe he was trying to get a job? :)

We happened to be at WDW during Gays Days one year. One man made his own shirt- a red t-shirt with iron on letters on the front that said "The Best Ride in Disney"!

EMH in Epcot many years ago...it was late...like LATE late. Close to midnight. A family is walking past us by Imagination. Momis holding little girl of about 3/4 by the hand and kid is silently weeping. Tears just streaming down her little face. She looks up at her mom and in THE saddest little voice ever just BEGS "Mommy...PLEASE...I'm SO tired." That mom looks at her and chuckles to ther other adults in the group and says "Now Susie, part of learning how to be an adult is learning how to stay up late!"

Omg, this is heartbreaking! It must have taken alot of will power not to say something!

Once when I was on IASW there was a little girl in the row in front of us who was maybe 4 or 5 and she was just throwing a fit- screaming, crying, flailing around, you name it. It wasn't until her grandmother leaned over and told her that children that misbehave at Disney turned into the dolls at IASW for the good children's amusement that she stopped.

I've never seen a kid turn off the water works so fast. She was instantly still and quiet the rest of the night.

I just couldn't imagine my grandma ever saying ANYTHING like that to me as a kid- and it was morbidly funny at best, but I just remember holding down silent giggles at something so frighting coming out of such a sweet old lady.
