Craziest table mates you have had.

Right??!! I wondered about that part too! They said in the comments that they would leave them in the room when they went to breakfast..so I'm hoping they REALLY didn't take them to the nursery. She had more packed for those "babies" than I pack!! I watched some of part 2 and she was giving them a "bath" one at a time in the sink and put powder on their bottoms before she put the diaper on. Seriously does NOT sound healthy.

We had an older gentleman sailing w his mother just the two of them. They did not speak to anyone at our table and we realized he was taking pictures of our kids (only them) at dinner. My husband finally said something when we realized what was going on and the guy never dined with us again.

How Bizarre. We like to sometimes bring a stuffed animal and we will prop it up in different places to take pics...but seriously...real life looking babies with all those clothes and blankets...that's just really odd.

I thought so too, nutbags was the first thing that came to mind. Not sure I would admit to that, let alone put it out on You Tube.

My sister is white and her DH is African American. Our table mates could not believe they were "actually married" and that "they just let you do that in California?"

I don't necessarily see this specific post as a preconception that tablemates are bad. It's more of a "one time, at band camp" sort of story swapping. Ok, maybe not at band camp, but still story swapping.

On a cruise a few years back and made the mistake of not staying with the Disney assigned group. At the table next to ours was a mother/daughter we met through the dis meet that day who asked if we would sit with them since Disney put them at a table by themselves. Little did we know this was on purpose.

Met a wonderful family from Canada on our cruise last summer and we still keep in touch via Facebook. Sat with newlyweds on a trip my husband and I decided to take to get closer to Platinum status (without our kids)-very nice couple-we got along fine but I think they wanted more private time so we did not see them after the 3rd day-4 day cruise.

ok these reborn dolls... what is the reasoning for these? Did someone lose a child and they are trying to deal with it? Can that person not have children of their own? Do they prefer silent "children" b/c they detest whining? and yes, they are dolls not real humans!! ***.. why are they asking CMs to do extra work for dolls. Maybe I will have an imaginary friend who needs extra desserts everynight.
