Crates changed size.. so NOT cool

I have lots of words to say about this... most of them are very bad so I will just leave it at this better get fixed. I have sent them a nasty note requesting an explaination and expected fix time or info that it is permanant.

Well keep us informed "IF"... and of course i had to say a big if.. u get anything back let us know what they have/had to say about the changes.

Well it was not as bad as I thought since in one of my rooms I used 345 crates. It is a little lopsided but I am not fixing anything unitl I know for sure. 345 crates is way to much to play around with. AHHHHHHHHHH but it couold have bee so much worst.

This is a terrible alteration of one of the most basic, widely used items in the game.

ok im with you alien this has to be a bug though i just went into my memorial room and as you know how many boxes are there some are elongated others are not the ones that elongated did not have rugs on them and i did notice as well the hm chairs also appear bigger too so i think its a bug or atleast i hope so any way !!!

I'm implying that up and changing a pretty established item (hence, Cinderella castcake whatever) without any thought process is pretty stupid and inconsiderate to vmk's fan base, us!

Seems like I heard that staff said the same thing about the loss of getting ice chairs for winning in the games. I will believe it when it happens.

OT - But I, for one, LOVED the castle done up as a PINK cake!

Now, back to topic - LOL! I was on VMK yesterday building with crates and did not notice the size had changed.... Maybe this all happened before I logged in and now it's back to normal? Five more minutes and I can log into VMK and re-check the ride rooms...

Yeah... fo' rizzle. And now it is almost noon Central time and the crates are still taller than before. So much for them getting it fixed by "tomorrow". But then again... I guess everyday is tomorrow. So maybe that means they will be fixed... NEVER.

Actually, I asked Zev the question last night, in his room, if the crates were going to stay the new size. He said, "ask again tomorrow." He didn't say they would be "fixed" tomorrow. I've got one of my expedition ride rooms set up with crates on tables. Now that the crates are shorter, the crates do not cover up the tables completely. May have to add more crates!

I think that if the change was intentional, it was a horrible move to make so close to the ride competition. Some of us spent a lot of time tweeking our rooms to be just the way we like only to have everything ruined. I hope they can get this fixed in time for this weekend because I had planned to do a lot of construction, and building rooms with the crates like this will be next to impossible (unless the change was permanent). Either way they need to make a decision and announce wether the change is permanent or temporary so we can plan accordingly and if it is temporary they need to sell ice cubes this weekend so we can use those instead of crates.
