These are avail at our library, and you can get lots of different characters in one sitting- and they are only half hour programs, so they should be good for any attention span. Also familiarizes them with the songs, which are played on rides, parades, buses, etc. I think that exposing them beforehand made my kids extra excited because they already knew the characters!
We also loaded our phones/ipods with mmclubhouse videos, and classic Disney cartoons (YOUtube had tons) which were lifesavers for those times when the kids were tired and waiting for bus/dining res./plane ride...we didn't need them much, but they were invaluable on several occasions!
