Cranberry & Pineapple Continued.....Again.

I was disappointed in the comericals. But the game was awesome!!!! Since my roots are from Louisiana it meant a lot to me when they won and brought tears to my eyes.

I have been so crazy busy, when I'm not at work i'm working at the shop, so i've been pretty much working everyday for the last 2 weeks. But, I'm getting these new bills paid off.

I think we picked our wedding chapel in Vegas. Graceland Chapel. I've been looking at dresses online, but haven't made it out to try any on yet. I've gained 10 pounds or more since I met him. Why does that always happen? We are waiting until all the legal stuff is finished with my brother and then we are setting a date.

I know I want a tiara.

We are going to set the date as soon as the legal stuff with my brother is over. Gary invited 2 of his friends and one needs a months notice to take off of work. I'm really kind of thinking about the weekend of April 15th since I am off. But, April isn't going to be the happiest month, it will be one year since my Mom died on April 22nd and the 26th was my brothers birthday.

Gary is also wanting his Mom to go and she will go with me and my friend Beth and whoever goes to Chippendales. He says the night before the wedding we are staying in separate rooms, me with the girls him with the guys.

Great choice of dresses. It would be hard to decide. I had neighbors that divorced and remarried a few years later in the same chapel as you. Maybe getting married in April will give you something positive so you don't dwell on the bad. I totally agree with Gary to spend the night before apart!!!

Marcie - I LOVE this first dress. It is so pretty. Is that the same chapel that they were at in the movie Hangover? It looks so familiar. Where are you going to stay at?

Heidi, i just looked it up and it says the chapel in "The Hangover" is a fake chapel. That would have been cool. We haevn't decided where we are going to stay yet. I have been looking at deals but won't be able to figure it out until we have a date.

The marilyn monroe dress in black. They didn't have ivory in my size but I got to see the color and it's definitely ivory. Ignore my face, I cried half the morning. Oh and of course I would have spanx on.

It was okay, I needed to cry. My brother was the world's best about remembering birthdays. I did have a good night. Gary gave me a silver necklace with a cross on it. The kids gave me a Bon Jovi CD, a book, another gnome for my collection, a necklace with a crown and a tinkerbell figurine. We went to Joe's Crab Shack and ate crab's. They were so good, hit the spot. Then we saw the Tooth Fairy. Cute movie, I enjoyed it. We took pictures. I finally almost got a good picture of Gary and I together but he stuck out his tongue. Anyway, I will post them on facebook when I get a chance.

I do like that dress, I can see me wearing it, but I want to see the other dress first. It should be in tomorrow.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!!! So many people text me, called me, facebooked me, told me here. I needed it and I had a lot of people letting me know they care.

The lawyer called this morning and I have to go in later this morning and sign the paperwork for the first step in being the represenative of his estate. Which means, I am also one step closer to setting a date.

I am just throwing this out there but I love the second dress. The first was in nice but the second one is elegant but sexy.
