Sandy, I may lose a few of my family for dinner. Rachel is feeling really tired today since we have had something going on every single night this week. She wants to see how she feels this afternoon to see if she feels like going tonight. So, if she doesn't go Brad will need to stay home with her and I don't know if Jacob will want to go or not. I will let you know after school today by 4 is that okay?

Is that beer or hard cider? My favorite is Hazed & Infused by the Boulder Beer Company.

I'm hoping to take off early today, but maybe I will try to check in around 5 or so just to see if your kids will be coming. I'll ask him if he still wants to come if there won't be any other kids.

Jrsy, I just talked to Jacob about going. First he said that he might be too nervous. I think he was just being a goofball. He said he would come anyway, but you might want to check in this afternoon just in case. I told him they have tacos there and that is his favorite food.


Oh yeah... my favorite beers are Fat Tire and Blue Moon.

Well, if Cristi's kids decide not to come, Alex will still get to go out with Tammy and her parents, so it won't be a big deal. He wins either way.

What a day I have had so far. I got up this morning, washed my hair and then woke up Aerial for school. Thank God Dane was home today. I was about to go in the bathroom and blow dry my hair but I went in the living room to start a grocery list. Dane & Aerial were in the kitchen fixing breakfast and I hear Dane ask Aerial what she was doing. Next thing I know he is saying a little louder are you ok??? And then I hear a loud crash. She had totally passed out and he said he helped her but she fell to the floor. If he wouldn't have been in there she would have really fallen hard. Then he's yelling to me to call 911. I go in the kitchen and her face is grey. She has asthma and has been complaining of her chest hurting all week. I've been going up to the school at lunch to give her albuterol. So, I totally freaked out. Okay I'm not good in a crisis LOL. I know I was yelling to the dispatcher and I was crying. Ever since Aerial's been feeling better she has been laughing at me. But it scared me bad to see her with a grey face and looking confused lying on the floor. I called 911 and I guess she was lying on the floor about 5 or 10 minutes, she had just gotten up when the fire department got here. Her oxyegen level was normal but we still wanted her checked out, so we ended up driving her to the hospital. They tested her for a seizure and checked all kinds of blood work. Everything was normal so they say it was an asthma attack. She says that's what it was too, that she couldn't breathe right before she blacked out. I just thought it was odd that her oxygen level was so good. But we had given her albuterol when she was on the floor. One other time she had a really bad attack like she was hyperventilating but she has never passed out before. That scares me, I hope it never happens again. Now they have us watching her and told us to bring her to her doctor Monday. She is laying down now so I think I might do the same, that kinda stress just wore me out!!!

They call it "beer" at Old Chicago but it is hard cider. OMG, I use to love Hazed & Infused but no longer drink it....bad experience!!!!! Like Cristi I do drink Fat Tire but not as much as I use to in college...when I graudated college I got into the mixed drinks!!!

Well I talked my best friend into meeting us tonight. She may just have a few drinks and leave, but she is having a rough day so I invited her to come along.

Oh Marcie, how horrible. I can sure sympathize with you. I know how stressful that situation is. Not with athsma but with seizures. Heidi's twin had seizures starting at 2 years of age. You definitely need to lay down and catch a breath for yourself. Hang in there kiddo! Sorry for your day!

OMG Marcie, how terrifying. Glad Aerial is feeling better. I cannot imagine the fear that went though you today. That is so scary. You definitely need a big hug. I still remember when my sister had seizures. I remember one so vividly and we were like 2 years old but that memory has always stuck with me to this day. Very scary morning for you.....you all need lots of hugs.

How about Dale's Pale Ale? The best beer I ever had was called Lemon Lager and was brewed in the northwest. It was more or less like having Corona without needing to stick a lime in. I would describe it as beer with a lemonade aftertaste. It was very refreshing.

I'm getting ready to leave work, but I will check in again around 5ish to see whether to bring Alex along.

Alex will go out with his mom and grandparents, so it will just be me. I can make it earlier since I left work early. I'll check back in around 5 to see if the time has changed, so if you make it earlier than 5:15, I will be late.
