Awww they are so precious!!!

I still can't get dis at home without my computer locking up. It says I finally have all the spyware off my computer. I've defragged, cleaned it up. I don't know what else to do. :confused3

Tomorrow I am going on a first date, lunch with my new detective friend. I am excited and nervous.

My back is stiff today, I did the treadmill last night.

Marcie, Detective friend, huh? Sounds interesting. RELAX and have fun!!! Hugs. I hate that you can't get on the DIS at home. With it being tax season, I worry that we won't hear from you as much.

Selena, so what's up? How's work going?

Jrsy, Ted and I went to Best Buy last night. They had Mario Kart as the game for the "test" Wii. Now I know why you and Heidi like it so much. Ted walked away with a cute smile and a "that was fun".

Cristi, Robbie and Lulu, how are you guys doing? Come out, come out, where ever you are!

He's a detective for the sherriffs department. The most attractive part about him is that his 7 year old daughter who lives with him has him wrapped around her finger. A tough man who melts, now that is attractive.

Marcie - I think I need to go back to bed, I read that you were going to lunch with your defective friend! I am sorry I can't help you with your computer.

Mom - So do you still want to have a Wii night this weekend? Maybe Saturday? We can bring over all of our new games!

Wow, he sounds like a great guy. I am impressed alone thinking that he has custody.

:lmao: :lmao: defective friend.:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Yep, let's do it. We need to figure out a WW dinner. That might be fun to try something new.

Hey guys! I am here. I haven't been around in awhile. I was sick the early part of last week and then we went to Albuquerque on New Years Day. We got back on Sunday evening and work has been busy this week. I think I sort of caught up on the posts. You have been very talkative though. :)

It looks like Stacey and fam are having fun in Hawaii. Are they staying on Oahu the whole time they are there. Pearl Harbor is very intense. I remember going as a kid, but not really grasping the reality of it. Brad and went when we were there for our honeymoon too.

It sounds like everyone is having fun with their Wii's. We got Rock Band for Christmas and then Brad went out and bought another guitar for it so we can all play together. That has been fun.

Hi Cristi, good to hear from you. Sorry you were sick. Hope you had a nice New Year. Oh my, 2 guitars in one house? I can hear it now. LOL

::yes:: I totally agree!! This has been a long week, my first 5 day week since Thanksgiving!

Marcie - you have to tell us how your lunch date goes today!

Cristi - glad to see you posting!! Wondering what happened to you!

Did you get to try it with the wheel? I have to tell you that I am typically terrible at driving games but I was actually doing pretty well with that one when we first tried it, which is probably why I enjoyed it so much.

Tammy was talking about doing the same thing with her parents. I wish there was a way that I could see all of your Miis.

That would be great if we could see each other's Mii's! Mine looks a lot like me, Chris has long hair because he didn't want to be bald!

Alright I am off of work. My computer crashed at home again, so it is being fixed at the Geek Squad for $200 and may take up to 2 weeks so I won't be able to get on over the weekend. Have a great weekend.

LONG day today. Spent the whole day with Heidi and Chris at an RV show. Walk, walk and more walk. Then up and down the steps in all the RV's. Great exercise but we blew it on food. No carb diet for a couple of days to drop a fast 5 lb. We also rented the movie "Wanted". It was good but holy cow was it bloody! Had to close my eyes a few times.

Sandy, I found this and thought I would post it for you.

Port of Entry/How to get there
The best airport to land at is the Punta Cana International Airport, a 10 to 40 minute drive from East Coast hotels. This airport offers scheduled service from
United States: American Airlines (New York, Miami), United (Chicago), US Airways (Philadelphia and Charlotte, NC), Continental (Newark).
Canada: Air Canada (Calgary, London, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg) and Air Transat (Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg).
Caribbean: American Eagle (San Juan, Puerto Rico).
Europe: Martinair (Amsterdam), Holland Exel (Amsterdam and Brussels), Air France (Paris), Air Plus Comet, Iberworld and Air Pullmantur (Madrid), Condor (Frankfurt), LTU (Dusseldorf and Munich), Aerofly and Lauda Italy (Milan), Lauda Austria (Viena).
Latin America: Avianca (Bogota), Aeropostal (Caracas), Lanchile (Miami and Santiago de Chile). There is additional charter service from: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and St. Louis; Hamilton, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Quebec, Toronto, Windsor, Winnipeg; Brussels, Lisbon, Manchester, Moscow and Zurich; Buenos Aires.

The second best airport for this destination is the La Romana Airport, which is about 1-1/2 to 2 hours drive away from your hotel. If you land at Las Americas International (Santo Domingo) you will be a four hour drive and an expensive taxi ride away.

SAP (Takeoff Destination Services) to Santo Domingo/Las Americas(US$115), La Romana (US$34), Puerto Plata (US$163) and Portillo, Samana(US$115) .

The cheapest and best way to get to and from Santo Domingo is by commuter expressbus. This will cost about US$8.

Has Marcie posted since her date? I looked back to see if she had but I did not see it.

Marcie, girlie, are you OK?

Jrsy, Sandy and Heidi, will you guys give me some tips to avoid mosquito bites? What to you? What not to use? What works? Punta Cana has a lot of mosquitos. I am a haven for them. They adore me like Vampires love blood, I am loved my mosquitos. I do not want the same thing to happen to me on our PC vacation as the last time we were at Myrtle Beach. HELP ME.

No Marice has not posted since her date. I wonder if it is because of her computer problems. Hopefully she will post today at work!!! I want to hear about her lunch date!

Selena - For mosquitos, we use Off Deep Woods spray that contains 25% DEET.
