Selena, just ask Heidi. All of our vacations when they were young were spent close to home and hold many memories. We took small trips like to Mesa Verde, Yellowstone, So Dak and Canada. Or we stayed home and went camping at the resort that Stacey now owns.

Bad news, Tyler just had another seizure. He went 13 days this time. I just pray that the flights are seizure free. After that, paramedics and hospitals will be available. Her doctor will be a phone call away as well.

The kids just really do not like to go to the beach like we did last year. Or not be gone a whole week. Erik hates to be away from his XBox and Mac her friends. We offered them a cruise and they said no. That does not surprise me from E but it does from Mac. lol We are excited though.

Wow 13 days!! That was awesome. I pray the flight went well and no seizures.

Selena, teenage dating is tough. Aerial's bff has been dating a boy for 8 months, he gave her a promise ring for Christmas. Then, Saturday night he broke up with her. She cried all night and then yesterday Her Mom & I decided to get the girls out of the house and we went on a road trip to her sister's house. We laughed and cried. I hope she is okay at school today.

Shawn gave Mac a promise ring the day after he was with Mac's bff. I want to knwo what is he promising? To cheat?

Ok Heidi, the cat is out of the bag. I just talked to Stacey about how horrible the seizures were last night. She asked if you told me about it. Oh man, I am soooooo worried now. For the rest of you, he was vomiting and having seizures. Stacey and Richard took shifts during the night to take care of him.

Oh goodness. That does sound horrible. Are these the worst ones he has had. I pray with last night being so horrible it will be start over day today!!! That poor baby and all of you guys. Have I told you how much I love you guys???

Poor Stacey, Joey and Tyler. I hope they have found their luggage. I can not imagine those children not having their sleepy blankies.

Still prayers for tomorrow flight.

Wow my day was slow which is amazing considering it is the first day of school in 2 weeks. Don't get me wrong I was still busy but I had time to talk today, amazing. lol

A promise ring to cheat...... Not funny but the way you said it was.

Our kids never had the option of a beach. We couldn't afford any great trips like Disney until they were like 9 and that was because Ted won some air tickets to anywhere so we chose DL. Then four years later I won a completely free trip to DL. That was cool! Their HS graduation gift was a trip to WDW. Then Ted and I took our first cruise on the Wonder and the rest is history. We had to BEG Heidi to take a cruise a year or two later. She only wanted to go to WDW. We compromised with her for a 3 land-4cruise. Now look at her..... We created a monster, again. Just like with the Wii. I guess we are bad influences on her.

A promise ring to cheat...... Not funny but the way you said it was.

I meant it as serious and funny. I can not help it. Why give her a promise ring if he is cheating.

I could hardly wait to talk to Mac after her first day back to school. I have to say I am more able to see her point of view. The picture I have does not really show "cheating". Of course cheating is in the defination of course. To me the picture was cheating. Mac is able to put a spin on it that makes it not cheating. Like I said I can see her point of view and I have to say if I were her I would probably feel the way. BUT as a parent I see things differently and I know if what is going on in this picture, is going on it is just wrong!! I tried to post the picture but I could not do it.
Basically in the picute Shaw is laying flat on his back on the floor. Koty is sitting as close as one can get without being on top of him. He is facing one way and she another. Remember he is laying down and she is sitting up but she is slight leaning over him. One of her hands is pushing her hair out of her face. From the body language it appears she has been laughing and is still smiling. He has a big smile on his face. His right side is facing her right side. His right arm is across her in a cupped upward position goin from her left waist to her top back area.

At this point I can not remember but someone said they had been laying on one another. I could see her leaning over him and having her chest area on his chest area. Plus I keep on remember how Shawn admitted on the phone (to me) that he did wrong.

Then Mac said that Koty admitted to a mutual friend that she had been drunk at the match. I explained to Mac that being drunk is not a reason. That you can not blame your behavior on anything else but yourself due to the fact you are the one that choses to make your own decisions.

I am trying to get over not ever wanting to see this boy again. I know she cares for him but it is hard. I mean seeing this picture makes me understand that while he may not be kissing on a girl, Shawn is way to imimate with other girls. This is one of the facts I told him. I told him he has no business hugging or touching other girls unless they are family. Of course, again, that is my opinion. I just think as a teenager that you really have no business being touchy feeling on other people that is not your girl/boyfriend. This behavior leads to other stuff. Not saying an adult is different it is we are more mature and normally know our limits. I do not think twice at hugging or kissing one of my friends on the cheek but I would never have done this when Jeff and I were new. Heck I have only started doing this to friends in the last year and I am 40!!

My sister's plane takes off at 9:40 this morning, hoping she gets her luggage before then. She should call me this morning. They did run to Target yesterday and spent $130 on stuff like pajamas, swimsuit and an outfit. Luckily the hotel gave them toothbrush and toothpaste. She was so stressed, I could really tell it in her voice. She said she had a breakdown at the airport and just cried like a baby from all the stress so Rich had to take over. I am hoping this is the only bad thing that happens. Tyler was doing okay last night, he even talked to me on the phone and was bothering Joey!

Marcie - have you tried clearing out your computer? I keep a copy of instructions that Selena posted last year about how to clean up the computer.

Jrsy - Okay, I don't think I am that skilled to use two remotes but I am going to try it!

I did the Wii Fit last night and did the hula hoop, that is so much fun!

I downloaded superantispyware and ccleaner. I use them both at work. What are the instructions Selena posted? I'll try it. I didn't even have time to get on to see last night, but the spyware has helped.

I've gotten back on my treadmill finally, since after the hurricane. I did 3 miles last night (7 minutes straight jogging and walking the rest). My body is exhausted today. I think I have to eat carbs. I am taking tonight off. I've been talking to this guy for a month or so, he runs marathons and has gotten me motivated. My goal right now is just to be able to run a few miles so him and I can go for a run together. He has done the marathon and half marathon at WDW. Very cool. He's a detective and was on the news on Friday for arresting someone. Check him out, he's the one in the button down shirt.

Darn, I tried to view the video but my work has it blocked. I started working out at the gym yesterday for the first time in like 8 months.

Stacey called, her luggage made it!!!! Now they are at the airport and having the kids run so they get all their energy out and hopefully will sleep part of the 5 hour flight!

Just back from joining Weight Watchers. Oh man, have they ever changed from the 80's! This point thing will be hard to get use to. I need to have an attitude adjustment. I look at things from the LA Weight Loss perspective. and think, no way am I going to eat like that! I will get there but I bet it will take awhile. With us going to Costa Rica, I need to get rid of this FAT! Heat and humidity are my worst enemy and then put overweight in the equation makes it even worse.

Marcie, glad to see you could post.

Selena, I am so with you on the touchy feely thing going on these days with teens. I mean a nice hug for friends is fine but beyond that....ummmm, no!

Heidi, you are having waaaayyyy too much fun with your Wii!

Heidi I can not believe I did not think of emailing you the picture. I will email it in a few.

Marcie, you make me ashamed of myself. I could never do 3 miles. I was up to that before I got so very sick in October but not now. I did jump back on the treadmill last night and walk a bit over a mile. Then tonight I walked a bit over 2 miles. I did burn all of my breakfast calories off and all of the fat calories for breakfast and lunch and a bit of dinner.

Hooray they got their luggage. I hope the babies were able to expel all of their energy. Can they take benadryl? I know I am bad. My kids have allergies so I always dosed them with benadryl when they needed to sleep. The Dr said that was ok since they had to take some type of allergy medicine anyway.

I thought the points on WW would be horrible but I have to admit it taught me how to eat healthy. I normally eat healthy and that is why I am not terribly over weight but you know who the french fries call you at times, right? Seriously though the first couple of days I was starving. When you are only allowed 20 point it is hard to eat within that!!! I think I had 25 points but that was with the correct amount of exercise but by the time I figured out you get points for exercise the extra 5 points were heavenly. With in those first few days I learn that raw veggies, which I love, was my way to go. I ate like 3 points for breakfast, 5 points for lunch and I had a snack at 0 or 2 points. Then I could have a good filling dinner. I have to admit though I got tried of chicken.

Sandy, I am glad someone understood what I was trying to say on the touchy feely thingie. With all those extra hormones teens are stuck with they can not handle but so much. lol

Any updates on Stacey and the family?

They made it to Hawaii!!!!! The twins did very well on the plane for the 5 1/2 hour flight. They slept about 1 1/2 hrs, ate, and then played and watched a movie. Tyler didn't have any seizures, yay!!!! I guess they got a little antsy and wanted to get off the last 1 1/2 hours but they did good. My sister called me while they were still on the plane because another plane was still at their gate so they had to wait. Poor Tyler had to go Potty and that is all I heard him keep saying. They are still in the process of potty training and my sister put them in pull-ups just in case there was an accident! Both of them went potty on the plane and both of them were dry. My sister told Tyler that it was okay if he went potty in his pull-up this time because they can't get up and are still waiting and that mommy and daddy wouldn't be upset, but the poor little guy refused. He was such a good boy and held it. He even talked to me on the phone and he told me he had to go potty.

My sister sent me some pictures of them playing in the sand at the beach. They looked like they were having a lot of fun. I can't wait to talk to her today.

Just got off the phone with Stacey. They are staying at Pearl Harbor. I didn't realize that. She said the water is warm. Her friend warned her ahead of time that the water would be cold. I told Stacey that she was expecting Castaway Cay cold so that helped her with the water. LOL
