I had to go to Happy Hour too yesterday. We were suppose to go to the Av's game after Happy Hour, but we never made it. I think we had too many shots. We were at Blondies off the lightrail stop at Englewood, where did you go?

Hello everyone! We had a great day today. This morning we went to my cousin's Powder Puff game. He is a Senior and the girls were playing football and the guys were cheering. He was a man pom. It was hilarious and a lot of fun. Then we went and saw Madagascar 2. Cute movie, but I liked the first one better.

I survived 5 teenage girls all night last night. Rachel had 4 friends over for her birthday. I took them to see High School Musical 3 and then we came back to the house for pizza and cake. They all spent the night. It seemed like everyone had a good time. Rachel said it was almost three before they went to sleep, but I didn't hear them after about 11:30. She got three gift cards for her b'day so we ended up at Aeropostle today so she could spend them all. Tomorrow is her actual b'day. I am going to get up early to make her breakfast before school and then I think we are going to Olive Garden for dinner after Brad gets home.

Happy Birthday Rachel! Sounds like a fun party!

Marcie, how are you feeling?

We are staying in Avon, Colorado, right outside of Beaver Creek. It is so beautiful here. Toured Vail and Beaver Creek and then took a drive. Ended up in Leadville. The resort is very dated but serves our needs. Two adult hot tubs right outside our door and an outdoor pool. Family pool and hot tub way on the other side of the resort. Went swimming outside as it was beginning to snow. That was really fun. Cold air and very warm pool. Made a pork roast for dinner. Suppose to snow pretty much all week but that is ok for us. I love the beauty and Ted doesn't mind driving in it. Lit the fireplace tonight.

As for me, I'm still coughing. I went to breakfast and shopping with my friend Jeri, who is Aerial's bff's mom. I had fun and picked out some pictures for my room, but by the time I got home I was feeling horrible. So, I took a nap.
I am off tomorrow. I'm going to try to get some more rest.

I was at The British Bulldog. Twofers, Imperial Pints and darts. A London Pride and a Murphy's for less than $6 and was still home by 7 to pack for the weekend. Managed to pick up a cold, too, but I think that was from Alex.

Snowing here at Beaver Creek. (Avon) I am loving it. I think we will go for a swim in the outdoor pool and then run for the indoor hot tub. Went to Aspen today. It was so beautiful.

Wow, that looks relaxing!!!!

I didn't rest today, but I did get a facial. That was nice. I got up an hour before I normally get up in the morning, because I was excited to work on my room. I haven't finished yet but I wanted to share. I bought some black netting for my bed, but don't know what to do with it yet. I'm probably going to update my lamp too. By the way, about to take cough medicine, still coughing uggh.

I did not have one thing hung on my walls before today.

Hello, everyone! I know it has been awhile, I have been busy, but Heidi told me it would be okay just to stop by and send my love to you all!

Robbie and I are doing well and are planning our Disney wedding. Less than a year now and I am THRILLED! I am about 1/2 way done with my grad school program to become a Reading Specialist, and work is hectic this year. But I am so glad to hear of all the good updates on you all!

Selena, I cannot believe how grown up your kids are now! I hope you had a great vacation. Marcie, you are doing GREAT and your place looks AMAZING!!! I love the plaque about dreams, it reminds me of the Walt quote! Cristi, I can't believe you're the mom of a TEEN! And Jrsy, you're still drinking beer! Go you! lol. Sandy, you are so strong and such a wonderful mom and grandmother! I think of you all especially Tyler often and I keep you in my prayers. I cannot wait until this is all past and he healthy and happy!

I hope you are all doing great and if there are any major updates, I'd love to be filled in!

Has anyone tried the organic cocktails and microbrews at the Wave? I am so excited to try that when I go to WDW next year!
