Selena - that is a tough one, 8-10 hour drive would be a lot for me to do by myself without switching drivers. But if you KNOW you can drive that, and taking more time off of work is a problem, I would go with the original one you booked.

Marcie - Try and get your tattoo later on during your trip to Vegas because when Taura got her tattoo on her foot, she was unable to go in to the pool. I think you should get the Believe on the back of your shoulder or maybe up along your side?

We had a nice weekend. I lost 7 pounds in a week and I was so excited. We all cheated last night and made homemade ice cream. My parents made peach and Chris made Rocky Road. Both were excellent.

Cristi - Chris and I were talking this weekend and we think we CAN take Cosmo as long as carry him through the airport, so I will make arrangements and try and pick up Cosmo from you if that is still okay.

Heidi, I like the up the side idea. I didn't get one yesterday so it will have to wait until after Vegas. I was very hungover Saturday and went to the beach so the rest of the weekend I wasn't up to much of anything.

Heidi, congrats on the weight loss!!!! I weight 119 after eating and drinking all weekend.

We are getting tropical storm/hurricane Edourdo tonight or tomorrow. I am not looking forward to that but at least Aerial is going to her Dad's today which is more north, so I only have to worry about me being home with no lights if we lose electricity.

LOL, I was freakin out when I read Marcie's post. I sent her an email Friday night telling her that she probably needs to wait due to not being able to get into the water!! lol Like minds, Heidi!! I kept on checking my sent box to see if she had opened her email from me. I was so worried she would get one then only have to sit in that hot heat at the pool in Vegas. I think it was Saturday when she read the email and replied.

That is the thing, I do not have the time to take off but I am going to do it. I hate driving. While I know the way and can drive to PC, I feel like Heidi does. That is a very long way to drive. We would leave the day before and I would drive half way. Then I would wake up early and drive the rest of the way. So it is doable. I would want to do the same thing coming home but once you get me in a car and I want to get home I am bad to drive straight without ever stopping. You guys should ask Jeff about this some time. He has stories of me telling him here is a bottle pee in it!!! I am not stopping!! lol

I have given Mac the decision. I am pretty sure she has chosen the Carnival one out of JAX. I am almost relieved that she is making the decision. I really think I prefer the 4 day cruise due to the driving issue. I honestly do not want to drive to PC without help. Mac can help but I would be a nervous wreck so what good is that.

Ok, keep your fingers crossed for me, I know I should be worrying about a lot more but I have a hair appt Wed afternoon for Vegas, I can NOT go to Vegas with hair like this. I sure hope the weather doesn't make it cancel. I am sure as long as she has lights she will do it.

Selena - great minds think alike!! Glad you may have a shorter drive, I would have been worried sick about you if you were going to drive to Pt. Canaveral. I would love to have a pic of Mac's toes. I will pm you my cell number.

Marcie - she didn't get her tattoo in Vegas, she almost did but decided against it. I hope you can get your hair done so you can have a perfect trip. I hope Edourdo takes it easy on you, you will be in my thoughts.
