Selena, you go girlfriend!! I am so proud of you not to back down and just not go. That is what they want and they just won't get the satisfaction. I hate that you have to go through all stuff! As you know, I had the same kind of thing here so I can sympathize!!

Marcie, Ted and I used to do the exact same thing as you. We would save the tax refunds for rationing throughout the year. It would go for things like school fees, school lunches, water bill just incidentals. I think it saved us quite a few times. I do like however that you will treat yourself to something. That is important, too. I shouldn't tease you about the BB drama. It is DRAMA!! Hold on....I will go see if AI is on tonight. Nope, just some award show.

I am not sure we are going but it does gall me to see someone being like this. I have no issue what so ever with these people. I have long since gotten over the crap I went thru. It is just not in my makeup to hold things in for a long time. Heck that is so unhealthy. Now that does not mean I ever want anything to do with them. I just have no problem going on a cruise with them on the same ship. I wear my big girl panties they need to get out of their diapers!! I just think it is so childish to keep at something. I know these people are very unhappy but my gosh get over it! lol I can not imagine holding hate for someone for over a year and a half.

I know you go thru some of the same things. I guess that is why I know I can vent it out here. lol

Now Marcie, I have to say what a smart idea. I am not good, I guess. While I am cheap, I had never thought to do that. We have always been so lucky. God has always taken care of us in so many ways. When the kids were little and I did not work, many times I had no clue how I was going to pay a bill, instead of worrying, I just went with the idea some way I will have the money. Sure enough God would send a rebate in the mail or something like that. Now in saying that, I do not mean when we were in those positions we just spend money like it was growing on trees. I still do not waste money, except on vacations. I really am very cheap. That is part of the reason I did not buy but one drink on my NYE cruise. I was just too cheap to pay for them. I had liquor in my room but was not interested in that either. lol

I made a ticker to track how many miles I run/walk. I decided I needed a goal, so I went to mapquest and saw how far I am to Orlando. 875 miles. Now, on the tickers you can update it without having to copy and paste again. I wonder how long it will take me. Years perhaps? I couldn't figure out how to see it if I put it under my pictures, so I made it small.

I get paid enough to pay all my bills on time and get groceries and gas and things like that, but, going out, shopping, getting my hair done, or emergencies are the things I really can't afford. During tax season I make enough for the extras and usually before with 2 incomes I always saved my OT during tax season. Now I am just lucky I can go a whole paycheck for 4 months without touching my savings. So, I figure my bonuses and tax refund will get me through the other 8 months until we start again next year.

BTW I bought 2 10 pound weights last night.

Sometimes I think I've lost my mind, or Aerial is right and I am going through my midlife crisis. I was just ready to go to bed last night, very early and my friend calls me and asks me if i have a hot date. I tell her no, i'm going to bed, she tells me no ma'am i'm not going to bed and mope around, we are going out. So, we go to our bar because it's closer then the club, but they had a cover so we left. We decided to check out this other bar, but we really thought it was going to be dead and just not our type of crowd. Well, we were so wrong, it was packed and they were having karoke. Shy Marcie who used to shake in front of a crowd sung half the night. Of course never alone, but my friend and i sung 3 times, once was Vanilla Ice with some guy who was in there. Then, I went talk to these girls who kept singing so I sang with them too. I have a suspicion that I wasn't very good.

Seriously I am so much more confident then I ever was with Dane that sometimes I surprise myself and I'm like who is this woman. I'm thinking it's really true when people tell me I wasn't myself anymore with him. I just forgot who the old Marcie was. And, boy let me tell you, she's a nut.

Valentines Day was good. Chris suprised me with roses, and I suprised him with crab legs. Friday I went skiing and then Chris took me to Cheesecake Factory. Saturday, Chris and I went to the Garden and Home show and took my cousins to dinner and movies. We saw Untraceable and The Eye. This morning I spent cleaning the house and this afternoon is laundry. Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow.

They do stalk me. That one cruiseboard I post on a lot they have been banned so many times it is not funny. They will come on under a new name and the mods figure it out and ban them. It is not hard to figure out who they are, they can track their IP number and then go by the user starts stalking all of posts and turning my posts in. They are like a pack of wolves. They attack in packs and are nasty.

The little Meerkat lived after being bit by a Puffadder. It was amazing. It took him 2 days to be able to fight off the posion and another several days to get 100% better.
