Marcie - I looked up the dress and it is so pretty. I want to know what the back looks like! Maybe this link will work: http://www4.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.asp...ize=15&CmCatId=searchresults&Search1Prod=True

Okay so I am wondering what you think about this situation. When Chris and I applied for the loan at the delearship for financing, we only used my name and SSN because we could verify my employment and I have great credit and with him he declared bankruptcy 6 years ago and unemployed. Well, Chris checked his credit score this morning and it dropped by 9 points and he panicked so he ordered a credit report and found out the delearship requested it 5 times. We never gave them his SSN number or full name. I checked my credit report and the dealership only requested it once for me. How did they get his name and SSN? Can they do this when we only put down my name and SSN? Did they get the information because we were just recently married and now our SSN's are somehow connected to each other? We don't own anything together, the condo is under my name, my car is only in my name and now the truck is only in my name. The only thing we have together is a joint checking/savings account and I added a card from him on my AMEX credit card. Can they really do that?
I've been thinking about this and, if I was Chris, I'd call the dealership and, without telling him about the purchase since it was in your name, ask them why the hell they are requesting his credit information five times when he isn't involved in any transactions with them. I think it is an invasion of privacy, especially if he wasn't required to sign anything and didn't provide any information to them. Keep us posted.Okay so I am wondering what you think about this situation.
