Hi everyone. Sorry I have not posted in a few days but we were very busy this weekend.

After work on Friday I went to a friends house and was hoping to go to the High School I work at football game. It was homecoming and my high school played my daughters high school's team. Plus one of my student pages was up for Homecoming Queen and another one was escorting a girl on the homecoming court. Anyway I could not get out of a previous promise and had to meet up with Jeff 45 minutes out of town to help our friends get ready for a party. We got home after midnight Friday. Saturday I had my tips and toes done and then we went to the party. We spent the night there and did not go to bed until after 2 am Sunday morning. Sunday we all went riding the Harley's. I was one whopped puppy last night. lol

Update on MacKenzie's surprised 16th birthday cruise.....

They did cancel the cruise. They called Friday and left a message for me to call them back to work something out. I called last night. Since we had been so busy I had not signed on the computer before returning that call. I called and I was told no ship would be replacing the short 3/4 day cruise out of PC. She cancelled my cruise and then I signed on and found out that was untrue. They are moving a ship from the Left Coast to the Right Coast. I called back again to be told yes but they are not taking reservations for that ship at the moment. I think it would have been much easier if they had just transferred my booking to the new ship!!! Now I have to watch and see when they release the bookings so I can book two rooms. YUCK!!!

OK everyone. lol No I did not get a thing for the trouble. They did not actually cancel the cruise until I returned their call but they did not offer anything or any options out of the PC. I think what upset me the most was the fact they did indeed have an option but I was not offered this option nor is the ship open for any bookings.

So I am an a search for cheap (under $1.00) flip flops. I saw a really cute idea that I would love to do at my wedding. Somebody's wedding on theknot.com had a bucket of flip flops for their guests to take and put on and dance the night away in comfort. I think that is the cutest idea, what do you all think? Any ideas where to find cheap flip flops in a variety of sizes besides Ebay?

I survived the biopsy and it did hurt. But, once it was over I was fine. I am glad that is over with. I go back next Tuesday.

We got an email this morning at work that we are dressing up for Halloween again this year. I've decided to be a gangster. It should be fun.

Heidi, what a CUTE idea with the flip flops. LOVE the idea. I will try and check out Old Navy. A lot of times they have them. I wonder what sizes would be good. Hey, maybe even the dollar store.

The doctor told me that we are going to assume the biopsy is going to be good and so if I don't hear from him before next Tuesday we are going to continue as planned. He gave me one more option to try before surgery and so that is what I'm doing next Tuesday. The bad news is I will have to be patient and wait a few months to see if it works. Which means I will have to wait until after tax season is over. But, if it works, I save money on surgery and also don't have to get my tubes tied.

Marcie, I am glad the biposy is over. I have had a few before and it is not fun. I booked a cruise for April 2008 for a girls cruise. If the girls back out I am taking Jeff. lol I need someone to drive me there.
