I didn't know you were working on T-Rex, I must have been in a hole when you told us that!!! That is so cool, I am sure that is such a good reward when you can see the final product that you have worked so hard on. Yay for Jrsy!!! Good job, job well done.

Jrsy, that is so cool. I never knew either that you were a part of t-rex and E470. Great job.

Thank you both. I will have to remember to wear my T-REX fleece and E-470 hat next time we meet. Watch the news tonight and see if you can spot either my shiny bald spot or my blue cap. I am also wearing a white shirt. I doubt they will show any of the politicians pontificating, but there were quite a number of cameras out there, including 9News and WB2.

Anyone want to do a Greek Cruise in the spring of 2008? We are looking at one now on RCI. They do not have the rates out but we are looking at 2007. Airfare for us a piece is $800!!! We are looking to do this for my spring break that year since I have spring break for 2007 booked already. Anyone want to go on the Enchantment with us in March or May? March 31 and May 17?

I am trying to figure out how we can book a disney cruise in there somewhere. lol

What year? I probably won't be able to cruise next year and I can never take vacation in the spring. The first day of the year I can take vacation is May 1st. But I would love for us to all cruise together that would be great.

Marcie I missed you. I have been thinking about you. I am off tomorrow because the doctor signed me out of work.

I am thinking 2008. I have my vacations already planned thru next year. I am going on the Enchantment next year March 31 and May 17. Jeff is going with me both times too...lol

I might could do a cheap Wonder cruise next fall. I would have to be off of work for it so it would have to be a 3 or 4 day one because I can not be out of work more than that.

I am back!!!!! Computer is up and running. You don't understand how excited I am. Best Buy was so good to us. You have to hear about our rotten night though. We took the computer to Best Buy and they instantly worked on it for us. We then went out for dinner. Came home and when Ted opened the back of the Pathfinder the computer actually fell out onto our driveway. The front plate fell off and it bent the cover. Long story short, it is working just fine.

Jrsy, your post made both Ted and I laugh. We will definitely look for a guy with a shiny bald spot, perhaps in a blue cap wearing a white shirt tonight on 9news.

Ted and I might not cruise next year because we have plans to take the 5th wheel to Canada. That might change because the grandbabies will be sailing next Sept. and that is a 7 day Magic. I agree. All of us cruising together would be a blast!!

I am so excited to have this back and running that I don't want to go watch some tv to relax. Call me crazy.

Jrsy - Before reading your post, I actually planned on staying up to see if I could spot you on the news...but I fell asleep at 8:30!!!!! I was so tired last night. Did you see yourself on the news? How did everything go?

Selena - I think it would be so much fun for all of us to cruise together. We can't do it in 2007 because I really want to go on the Magic to cruise with my sister and my niece and nephew but a 3 day or 4 day on the Wonder might be possible. Chris would LOVE to go on a Greek cruise, but $800 airfare would kill us, we would never be able to afford that one....guess I will keep on dreaming.

So, either a 3 or 4 day next fall or a cruise in 2008 for the monkeys??? I can't do Sept 1st - 15th or Oct 1st - 15th any other time should not be a problem. The cheaper the better too. I really need to be saving my money to move.

Sandy, your computer fell out of the car??? I would have freaked. I'm glad it's working and you are back. I sure am going to miss you and Heidi while you are gone.

Jrsy, did you see yourself on the news? I know Heidi fell asleep through it. Did Sandy or Cristi see it?

Did I tell y'all about my foot? Somehow I managed to hurt the bottom of my foot. It burns when I walk barefoot or in flat flip flops but when I wear heels or thicker flip flops it doesn't. I went to the doctor and he says it may have bled inside and I might need a shot to disolve the buildup. So, he's referring me to a foot doctor. Call me a baby but I am NOT looking forward to a shot in the arch of my foot.

I watched the news at 9 because I knew that WB2 was out there and they did about 30 seconds of coverage. A clip of the muscle cars that paraded through the new section, a clip of a politician but not a wide enough shot to show those of us seated in front of him, and a clip of the ceremonial flattening of the traffic signals that used to stop traffic at that interchange (I say ceremonial because the real ones are actually still out there). Based on that, I didn't bother staying up for the news at 10.

Selena, I hope everything is okay?

The doctor lead me to believe I would not be feeling good until later in the weekend but I am feeling much better compared to what I have been feelinig today. I do not think I realize just how sick and tired my body was until I took two doses of antibotics. I now have a good amount of energy.

Since I had a long nap last night I was not too sleep for bed. I think I finally feel asleep around 2. Woke up at 6 and have been up ever since. I have cleaned out an out antique pie safe that is filled with school suppies, art stuff, batteries and my budget and bills. I worked an hour on that and had 2 bags of trash! My kids are so messy. I clean ou the bottom of my small closet in my bedroom. I put all my cruise give aways and cruise stuff in a suitcase. I put all the goodies for the flight for the kids in seperate large heavy duty zipper bags. I have cleaned the floors in the laundry room and in the foyer. Swept the kitchen. Made a garlic spread and washed those dishes. I have straighted around the house, well the main level of my house. Now I am having a bite to eat and drink. I think I will take a nap after this.

Did I mention today is the first day of school for my kids. Both of them are in middle school and they will be riding the school bus home for the first time in their lives. I am almost glad I was sick so I could be home when they got home today. E was so excited about his first day of middle school.

Should I make them some cookies?

Cookies sound nice but it sounds like you probably need a nap first. You've done a lot of stuff already today. Hope you keep feeling better.

Ah gee, Selena, sorry you are so sick. Take care of yourself. Give the kids an IOU for those cookies.

I did freak about the computer falling out of the car. I tried to pretend that it didn't bother me. Today it didn't want to boot up. It took awhile to do it. I guess it sat overnight and things must have "settled" in it. I pray it keeps on working.

Jrsy, I did watch 9News last night and didn't see you. Sorry!

Marcie, I DID have shots in both of my feet. I was not looking forward to it but I did ok. It was on the side of my heel however. Hang in there kiddo.

Actually I had a shot in my left heal when I was about 19. I had surgery before that on both heals and after it healed the scar left a cyst. So, the doc gave me a shot in my foot to deaden it and then cut it out and restitched it. After all this I had to drive home, good thing it was the left foot. I was so scared of needles back then too, way worse then now. So, I supposed I can get through it. What do y'all think about the Alaska rumors. Is anyone going to go if they go there? It would definitely be something different to see.

Marcie - I am a wimp when it comes to needles, so there is no way some one would come near me with a needle. Ouch!!!!!!!

Jrsy - I can't believe they didn't show a clip of anyone in the front row who really deserves the recognition. Oh well, I know you did a great job.

I am off to Comedy Works tonight, shoud be a good show.

I have had a cold for about 3 weeks Heidi. I just could not shake it so I finally broke down and went to the doctor when my throat started to swell so badly I could hardly swallow. Figured it was time to go. He told me I had step and signed me out of work for a day. I also told him about the poison oak I had had for 22 days. He let me know that this was a reoccurance.

I still am not a 100%. I have a major sinus headache today and we are suppose to go ride with a group of people in a couple of hours. Maybe the coffee will help me.

Selena, nothing worse than being sick over the weekend. Hope you are getting better.

We got the magnets done last night. Poor Heidi and Ted. You should have seen them trying to keep the computer up and running. I guess you can tell by my last statement that the computer is still acting up. It is the same thing we keep bringing it in on. This time Ted thinks he knows what is wrong. Hopefully he can convince Best Buy!

Marcie, how is that foot of yours coming along? I had plantar faschiitis and ended up with surgery on both feet. I think what bothers me most now is the bone spurs in my heel.

Selena - I hope you are feeling better. (Knock on wood) but I think I am a strep carrier and have never came down with strep. I have been around strep numerous times with working at a daycare but thankfully never seem to get it.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I finally got all the magnets done and we made some iron-on T-shirts for Chris and his girls. They will be so excited to see it. I hope this week goes by sooooo fast, I am really anxious now that it is the last week!!! I was worried about Ernesto, but it seems like he may be taking care of us and will go away before we arrive in FL.

Good morning! Sandy & Heidi, I am glad the computer kept going for y'all to get magnets done. I bet the girls are going to have so much fun at WDW. What day do y'all leave? It sure will be quiet around here.

Selena, I hope you are feeling better. Don't overdue it when you go back to work, you gotta be better before your birthday.

From reading about Plantar Fachitis on the internet that sounds a lot like it, but it keeps saying that it is heal pain and mine is pain in the middle of my foot, so I don't know. It's still hurts and I still haven't heard from the doctor, I guess I will call them today to see when they will make my appointment.

Marcie, I will send pixie dust your way for the heel pain. It wasn't fun for me to go through. I had to opt for surgery because we only had a few months before our first trip to WDW and I knew it would be lots of walking. It was a quick fix but not highly recommended by the professionals. They say to let it takes its course and that can take a VERY long time.

We leave this Saturday, Sept 2, and come back Sunday, Sept 17th. I doubt that we will buy internet this time. I only bought it on the PC cruise so I could talk to Heidi. Stacey was too busy with her babies so young.
