I am sure he will!!! He knows more drinks than I do!!! Ask him about the Bubble gum drink (I think that is what it was!!!)
He knows more about drinks than he lets on! :rotfl2: ;)

Lulu, I was just telling Ted (dh) that I wanted to get things figured out about clothes ahead of time, too. I normally have it all worked out by now and it is killing me. I feel so helpless right now, Pack, ship???? And now the airlines adding more stress!

You are so correct Jrsy. I know this is all you have to do but isnt it easier when it is posted directly for you? lol

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=894223 Lisa this is page made easy for you!!

So you like the cargo pants huh? No man purse for you? lol Jeff likes the cargo shorts too. I could not imagine either you or him carrying a man purse.

The phone rings in the middle of a posting and everyone else posted.

Jrsy, thanks for telling Lisa how to find the other thread.

Selena, we will take good care of her. Your spice crisis was hilarious along with Lulu's dad's comment. And, yippee, we were upgraded. It is soooo exciting.

OMG I was just offered a mod job on that website I told you guys about. I can hardly believe it. I had to turn it down because I go back to work next week and will not have the time to involve myself to that degree. I feel so honored.

I was just thinking about it Selena. I have a stupid question. Is being a mod a paid position? I doubt it, just wondering.

No it is not. I really do feel honored by the offer but I truly do not have the time.

Selena - what an honor for you, that is great.....but at least you have a job to go back to!!! Gee, how much do you post over there on the other site?!!! ;) We will take good care of Lisa.....better yet, you come with us.

Jrsy - Glad to see you made it back on!!! I guess some of us actually have to do something productive while we are at work!!!!! (not me!!!)

I can just imagine how much work would be involved in being a mod. One would have to constantly sit at a computer. You probably made a wise decision as tempting as it must have been.

It is a constant thing to do. Remember the issues we had a while back? No way would I want to deal with that type of stuff. I am way too busy to do this. I can not devote that much of my time to constantly being locked to the boards like that.

I do post over there quite a bit because we have a roll call there. I was really honored because the owner of the board himself asked me if I was interested and told me how important I am to the board. I honestly felt very privledged. But I do not want to get that involved.

Yay it's Friday and I finally have a weekend to rest and do nothing!!!!

Double-Yay! Submittal is going in today, will have 52 hours for the week (w/o working the weekend) on my timesheet, taking Monday off AND Alex is spending tonight with his grandma!

Tammy's dad is flying to Vegas today. He has to get to the airport 2-3 hours early AND he isn't checking luggage for a weekend trip, so he has to be careful about what he packs. Then again, as a guy, what liquids would he be packing? Probably only his aftershave and it might be a benefit to society at large if they make him throw that away.

Jrsy, this airport thing definitely changes a lot for all of us. Not looking forward to it. Do you know if the cell phone ban is just for the UK or does that include us here?

Selena, I was thinking the same thing about what you and I went through. It would be horrible to be a mod and work around stuff like that.

Do you guys realize that Heidi and I will have to be at the airport at 3:00am for our 6:00 flight. That means that we would have to leave the house at 2:00. Why go to bed????? I can't even fathom going to MGM for late hours on the day we arrive.

Mom - I will be going to be at 7:00pm the night before. I will take Benadryl to knock me out and hopefully the girls will take it too....otherwise I will have to make them run around the block (probably to Cristi's house) several times to get them tired...(only kidding) The main reason I want to go to MGM that night is to see Fantasmic, after that we will probably head back to get some sleep.

Jrsy - 52 hours....wow that's a lot, I hope you get paid overtime. I couldn't even imagine not checking my luggage now. You can't even bring on toothpaste, deodorant, nothing.

I saw on the news last night about the poor business traveler having to check in their luggage. Well you know what??? Now maybe we won't get hit in the head with all the junk those business people sneak on. Ooops, off my soapbox.

I don't know if it's just for NY, but the newspaper here says: no shampoo, no deodorant, no chapstick/lip balm, no perfume, no cell phones, no contact lens solution, no eyedrops, etc. Just the basics - wallet, ids, papers, books, etc. I am freaking out about the eyedrops/solution. I'm going to call my eye dr. to see if I can get a prescription for some eyedrops.

Heidi, I *love* Fantasmic! That's where I worked when I worked in WDW, so I'm a little biased. ;)

I am debating getting a new set of nails or not. I was just going to get a regular manicure and pedicure before my vacation, but I really want nice long nails again. I'm still debating whether or not I should.

I'm repacking now. I took pics of everything so I'll have a record if the airline loses anything.

(Selena, I just keep admitting my neuroses!)

LuLu - didn't know you worked at WDW at one time, how cool is that. What did you do while working at Fantasmic? How excited are you for your vacation, you leave in less than a week!!!!!

Lulu, I didn't realize you worked at WDW. How cool....and Fantasmic to boot. What a perfect idea to take pictures. I plan to do it now, too. With digital these days, it makes life much easier. I want perfect nails for the trip, too. Just a manicure for me this time.

Luckily, yes, I do get paid for overtime - just my straight hourly rate, but still. In fact, by the time this check comes in, OT will have paid for more than half of our cruise. We got our submittal out the door around 2:30 yesterday (2 boxes of plans, 3 boxes of design calculations in binders and 1 box of specifications) and headed over to Rock Bottom for some cold beers around 3. I'm taking Monday off, but I have a big meeting on Tuesday afternoon on another portion of the same project.
