Wow! Just read Craig's new Food & Wine 2016 Preview Article & thought it was brilliant. Clever fun but also informative and succinct. Craig's always written well but he really hit a home run with this one. For a moment, I thought Josh was writing for the DIS. High praise. :-) Well done! High fives & all that jazz.

FYI - here is the direct link in case anyone didn't see it: http://www.wdwinfo.com/walt-disney-world/epcot/epcot-international-food-wine-festival-2016-preview/

I totally read this in Craig's voice, especially with phrases like:
- "it was everything that is good in the world."
- "this one strived to set itself apart from the other pathetic ones out there."
- "Brussel sprouts – they’re basically nature’s candy." (I would add - they are if you roast the heck out of them)
- "The entire dish was Emeriled (I’m officially declaring this to be a verb) with the addition of the fire-roasted salsa bringing a kick of heat to the plate."
- "Beef brisket – one of the best examples of why slaughtering cows for our gluttony is an American tradition."

I must say - all the food seemed on the heavy side and not exactly what I want in 90 degree weather ... but the article was great!

Awesomely done! Thanx for pointing it out, and posting it, Sam and Phil! Yes - def read it in Craig's voice to make it all the more betterer. :) I also noticed his use of BOTH the words SUCCULENT and MOIST in the article, so I''m sure Ryno just LOVES it! Very well written - great pics, lots of info, and also humor, which I loved!! Nobody I saw seemed to like the yogurt cake, but I sure do want me some of that "love letter to peanut butter lovers" and chocolate nitro stuff!! Bravo Team, as usual!!

Great article. I've noticed with all the pictures and videos out there that most of the food is brown. I like color in my food but I'm hoping there will be some at the other booths. I enjoyed the heck out of last year and expect to do the same this year.

I just watched the video associated with the event, and enjoyed that just as much! Thanx for all the much-needed laughs, Team!! :)

That was a really fun read!!!
