Crafters Companion USA issues?

Has anyone else ordered from this company? How long did it take to ship your order?

I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon. I ordered EZ mount and a few other things to take on a crop this weekend, and they are still "processing" the order and it's been a week. I thought at least it would have shipped by now.

Needless to say it won't be here for my crop. I was going to remount some stamps when I got bored cutting paper...

I've never heard of them. Hope they ship soon!! I have had companies where I get the tracking notice AFTER I get the package. Maybe that's the case here.
