Cracker Barrell???? and McDonalds

I have a question about the rocking chairs at Cracker Barrell, do they ever go on sale or are there any Black Friday specials on them?

Tonight I was at McDonalds Drive Thru and noticed they already have Egg Nog Shakes and other holiday/winter drinks and deserts.

Have NEVER, personally seen the Cracker Barrel rockers go on sale

According to my SIL they do not put them on sale to her knowledge but before Christmas they normally have a 20% off anything sale. She purchased rockers a few years ago, she does not work for Cracker Barrel.

I've never seen them go on sale.
Walmart here has "porch rockers" on sale. They are NOT as comfortable as the Cracker Barrel chairs are, though.

Our local Cracker Barrel rockers NEVER go on sale. COMFORTABLE to the max though so I would go ahead and get two. You won't regret it.

never seen rockers on sale ar cracker barrel but have thru the years seen them go from $59 to $139.00 and they added more colors is all. they have sidewalk sales but never a rocker on sale.

A little off-topic- My Cracker Barrel rocker fell apart within the first year. It rotted out completely and was on a covered porch.

The slightly less than perfect rockers do go on sale, for about 20% off. You just have to check often to see when they go on sale. I've also seen some of the college team rockers go on sale, but those are usually priced a bit higher. So when they do go on sale, they're still just as much as the plain ones.

Twice a year they do a porch sale, but I'm not sure if they discount the less than perfect rockers any further. I'll have to ask my aunt, she does work for Cracker Barrel.

When I worked for CB I bought my mom two rockers around Christmas time when they give the employees their "bonus" (depending on your level with the company it's a giftcard for a certain denomination) and they fell apart within two years, also under a covered porch.

The only time I've seen them go on sale was rockers that were used on the porch, so they were scratched and scruffed. I don't know what the discount was, but on some, it was decent. If you don't mind having to put a fresh coat of paint on it, that might not be a bad way to go.

Thanks everyone. We stopped at a Cracker Barrell on our way home from Philadelphia today. I noticed the rockers are upto $149, wow. I really want to get them, since for the first time in my life(40 years), I know it is something they want and would enjoy, it is usually so hard to get them anything. I will wait until clsoer to Christmas just to see if they have some sort of discount, that way CB can store them for me......instead of me trying to hide them in my house.
