Ok, so we are planning to do some off site eating next month in Orlando. (places close to Cpronado Springs Resort and of course on the road there and back) So far I have signed up for the email clubs of several chains in order to get a free meal, coupons, ect. They are,

Zaxbys
Waffle House
Ihop
Texas Roadhouse
Earl of Sandwich

but does Cracker Barrel offer anything of this sort?

Cracker Barrel has an email newsletter that they send out. I've been signed up for a year and so far no coupons, not even a welcome to our newsletter coupon. They do sell their gift cards at Target so you could save 5% that way if you have a red card.

ETA - other chains that I have found that have coupons for joining are Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, TGI Fridays and Chili's. Wait to sign up for them tho until a week or so before you leave, the sign up coupon expires within a week or two of the first email.

I have read online that if you tell them it is your birthday and show proof they may give you a dessert. This is not confirmed by Cracker Barrel to me, so take it for what it is worth. I have not seen a sign up reward.

The best promos of this type are right at Disney. Get a Landry's card and a Levy's card.

My birthday is this month and I have received my $25 birthday email from both.

Last year I did Fulton's and Yak and Yeti. This year I will do a lunch at Portobello and maybe breakfast at Rainforest (AK) or try T Rex.

I signed up at Portobello for the card maybe 10-12 years ago. You get points for dining there for additional rewards.

Other places that sometimes send out coupons:
Sweet Tomatoes (every week, it seems)
Tijuana Flats
Hurricane Grill & Wings

If you plan to visit city walk, I believe there is a free appetizer for registering at the Margaritaville website.

Chevys - free meal on birthday with sign up
Fuddruckers B1G1 in birthday month with sign up
Benihana - buy one teppan dinner, get $30 off additional food with sign up
Steak & shake - free burger with sign up
Kobe - $30 free if member of club
Miller Ale House - free huge ice cream sundae (no further purchase necessary) with coupon after sign up

Too bad none of us are going during our birthday, or even our birthday months.

I get coupons every week from Chili's. They are only good for about three days, but they come out so often that we always have a free dessert, appetizer, or kid's meal when we go there. LongHorn Steakhouse is a great place to eat and they send coupons occasionally. Also Perkins, Denny's, Panera.

Does Red Robin give anything out if you sign up?

I had looked into Chipotle and they seem to never give out coupons.

does anyone remember how long the earl of sandwich coupon was good for? i'm trying to figure out when to sign up.

We signed up for EOS last year and we put our birthdays for the week we were there....we don't have one near us and we are usually in Wdw at that time. Does it really matter? They didn't ask for ID .

Not a coupon but we just got home from WDW on 9-9-15 and on 9-8 we went to Millers Ale House for lunch. Apparently kids under 12 eat free on Tuesday so both of the kids were free. I got their 35 fried shrimp meal for $10.49 I think it was and DW got twin lobster tails for right at $20. The bill for the four of us was only $36 tax and drinks incl.

where is that located?

I used to work at Cracker Barrel and I've seen coupons for meals. They do have some really good deals though. The latest is the weekday lunch special for $5.99. If you've got kids, you might want to look into the Kid's Eat Free card. It is $19.99 for the card but then you get a free kid's meal with an adult meal purchase at several restaurants.
