crabmeat mousse for the holidays

well actually we make this year round whenever the family gets together.......Delicious..and I post it each year to remind those that this is very elegant and people think you have gone all out.....sooo easy too

2 cans crabmeat drained...does not have to be expensive
one can cream mushroom soup
one 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup of mayo
2 1/2 tablespoons (two and a half envelopes) knox geletin unflavored
disolved in 1/2 cup water

combine everything in a pot and heat,.. while still warm, stir in gelatine
mixture.......remove from the heat.

pour in 5 1/2 cup mold and refrigerate.....

when ready to serve......put mold in warm water for a few seconds and
put on a serving tray.....I make mine in a fish mold ......
and add fancy crackers around it........this is delicious and always one
of the first foods to go at a party
