It won't be long and I get to make my ADRs. :cool1: I know I want to do crab legs one night. My daughter loves them. So....where to go? Cape May buffet or Captain's Grille? Thought about Fulton's but we are doing Cali Grill for our one signature dinner.

Cape May crab legs were cold, small and had very little meat when we went. I suppose that is to be expected though based on the price. Disney can't make a profit offering all-you-can-eat quality crab legs at $40 a person.

That's what I figured. I've seen pictures from Captain's Grille and you get a large plate. They look really good.

I went to Cape May and I thought they were delicious!! I loved the variety of other foods as well!! Plus they had a great Desert Table.

I know you said you are going to California Grill for dinner but Fulton's has awesome crab legs Alaskan King Crab they are huge and very good.

DH had crab legs four times our past trip (his favorite!). We ate at Fulton's twice, Cape May once and Captain's Grill once. He said they were all great! You do get a large portion at Captain's Grill, but my husband's favorite Disney restaurant is Cape May because he can have other seafood, too. The whole experience (food, server, etc.) was wonderful at Fulton's, which is why we cancelled another signature restaurant to go back again on the same trip. The point of my post is that I recommend all of the choices and you should have a great meal at whichever you decide to go with.

I donno...maybe we're looking at it differently but I thought the crab legs at Captains Grille were a small amount os Snow Crab (so smaller legs with let meat). I donno that I'd get them there again. Cape May, we like because of the other options so when you get tired of opening the same crab legs that are served at Captains Grill is seems, there are other options. We love Cape May.

We have never been to Fulton's...would like to but it just never fit into our schedule just right.

We were at Cape May and Fulton's last week. We had a horrible experience at Fulton's, both the food and the service. My son and I split the King and Queen crab for two, we were on the dining plan, but the menu price was $99. We were served a relatively small portion (I am guessing less than a pound of each), and the King legs were ice cold. I thought Cape May was great. There were a lot of other options, but we were there mostly for the crab legs. We found them to be very fresh and a decent size.

1) Fulton's has King Crab legs - meaty and tasty.
. . . the legs are good
. . . but, the order of Claws is far better for taste and amount of meat
2) The other locations use Snow Crabs.
. . . small
. . . thin
. . . not very meaty
. . . tough to get the meat
. . . to us, not worth the price (or the effort)

We really like Cape May and think the crab legs are very good. They were always hot and plentiful. The buffet also has other good seafood options and plenty of non-seafood options for all of my family.

I've ordered the Alaskan King crab legs from Fultons, they were wonderful!! We were on the DxDP, so we also ordered the Seafood tower for 2 (took up both parties appetizer credits) but it was very good as well. We've always had great service there. Coming up Sunday is our third trip in 3 years, and our third time booking Fultons!
