Crab & Shrimp Dip
8 oz. cream cheese - room temp
1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 lb. shrimp
4 oz. sour cream
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup mayo
2 green onion springs, chopped
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbl Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup sharp cheddar or ¼ Cheddar ¼ Monterey Jack cheese
Dash of Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper
Mix all above ingredients together. Bake at 300 in a gratin or other shallow dish until it bubbles. Keep hot and serve with sliced sourdough or crackers.
