CR sign-up question

So .... you know how if you are a member of XYZ Reward Program and through that program you can sign-up for PDQ Reward Program and it nets a few extra points? Is there a program, not a personal referral, that's against the Dis rules, that I can sign-up for CR through?

I'm a member of SR but I didn't notice a CR link there.
