Could someone help me out here. If I look at Deb Wills pictures the tower rooms are done it that crazy red/blue color scheme and the wing rooms are incredibly drab and dull. Have the wing rooms been redone lately in the bright colors, or do you have to pay for tower rooms if that is the theme you are looking for. Thanks.

I think the dull drab pictures on Deb's site are old ones. That's what all the rooms used to look like before they refurbed them. We stayed in the tower in 1998 and that's what our room looked like. We went back in 2002 and stayed in the tower and our room had been changed over to the crazy red/blue color scheme.

Yep - all the rooms are in the bright color scheme - looks really bad in pictures, but it works in person - we loved them! It is Mickey's resort after all!

Thanks everyone. I was hoping that they were just old pictures.

If they have the same carpet in the wings, watch you don't trip over the extension cord;) (there is a line in the carpeting that makes it look like an orange extension cord) even after you know its there you still find yourself stepping over it.LOL Enjoy your stay.:)

Our NGW rooms had the "extension cord" LOL ... I did the same thing. It just registers in the brain as one I guess.
