CR Refurbishment info?

Just wondering if anyone has heard a timeline for CR refurbishment? Has it started? If so, where - wing, tower, public areas etc? When is it expected to be completed?

It is not listed to undergo refurbishment any time in 2005, according to CRO. I will be at the CR this week so I will ask.

I am staying there in october. Nobody seems to have any official information yet.
