CR Concierge?

I know at the Poly as long as you were able to get into the hotel you could for the most part access the concierge. How do they block out people from getting the concierge service(snacks during day)? i would think it would be easy for anyone to just go up to the concierge floor (unless they check cards or something).

You have to insert a concierge key card in the elevator to access that floor. Also the concierge cm's are very familiar with everyone staying on the level, they will usually greet you by name every time you get off the elevator.
