CR concierge booking from disney web site ??

Hi. I was trying to look at the rack rates for the 14th floor concierge at CR for Dec 2 thru 5 (2nd half of our Anniversary trip). My question is when you ask for concierge on the booking engine is that 12th or 14th floor concierge? There isn't a second level to choose from except suits. Cost was $1354 with tax for three nights.

The web sight only lists 12th floor (Tower Club Concierge)...which is concierge light. I think you have to call CRO directly to get 14th floor rates. I don't even think AAA can book them for you (but maybe it was just my AAA agent that did not know how to do it).

Kind of scary isn't it??? The regular tower rooms run around $420/night with tax rack rate in Value Season... 12th floor club rooms run about $70+ per night more. Have no idea what 14th floor rooms are going for these days!!
