CR 12th floor concierge QUESTION

For those of you that have stayed, how is the 12th floor concierge at CR?? We have it booked and am wondering if it will be worth it or not, I know they dont have evening offerings which is fine as we usually eat at restaraunts every night, but do the concierge offer their services like in the other resorts or the 14th floor? As far as contacting you before arrival, ressies, etc? Just wondering if anyone has experience with them, thanks so much in advance for any info!!

I have reservations for 12th floor in September-they sent me a letter at about 100 days prior to my date regarding making ressies, etc. ( I didnt use them since I enjoy making my own)

We will be on the 12th floor near the end of Sept. I haven't heard a word from concierge or gotten anything but a confirmation letter in the mail.

If you do not hear from them, call them. They can make your PS's before the 90 day mark.
